CLA Engineers, Inc. is a consulting engineering firm specializing in all aspects of Civil and Structural Engineering. Incorporated in 1984, our office is located at 317 Main Street in Norwich, CT.

We are a medium size firm with licensed professional engineers and land surveyors supported by computer-aided drafters, technicians and construction inspectors.

CLA Engineers is a corporate member of the U.S. Green Building Council. This council is the founder and administrator of the LEED Green Building Rating System.

Our consulting services include civil, structural and surveying. We are able to take a project from the conceptual and planning stages through design and finished construction. We assist our clients in understanding the regulations of Local, State & Federal agencies in the planning phase, obtain permits and provide grant application and administration services. Upon completion of the design, we are able to assist the client in acquiring bids, and evaluating and making recommendations for award. We also provide construction administration and special inspection services during construction.
